I understand that as of the moment, the processing time of the RCB requests is a challenge, thus we are also currently working on the integration of AUTOMATED RCB requests processing. I have moved the program Make Million to scam status today after the admin of the program informed me. In fairness to the admin, he was thinking of the members of The HYIP Bulletin too and said that it is unfortunate that he had to pull the plug already.

It is indeed a sad thing to know that after being in the industry for a total of 71 days, and paying for the investment plans of 125% after 1 day, 10000% after 50 days this program had to finally say its good byes.

Nevertheless, it was not a total failure for it had a very good run on its own. I still want to say kudos to the admin for running a short program for more than 2 months and paying on high interest rate.

The HYIP Bulletin Warnings: Proforex Union on Extravagant Prizes! Could This Be A Sign of A Near End

I do understand that it is too presumptuous of me to say such claim, and yes I might be wrong with this one again but I am just simply basing this on my gut feeling about the  Proforex Union's promotion they have this time around.

As you have noticed in the industry, those programs which are about to go on scam most likely creates that euphoric moment in order to excite the investors and encourage or tempt them to invest more. NOW PLEASE DO NOT BE MISLED because these are just based on my assumptions.

Proforex Union is still paying and has been online in the industry for a total of 294 days through investment pay rates of 1.2% - 2.4% daily. If we are going to calculate the said online days that they are into, let us say in 30 days we will deduct 5 days which are weekends. Thus 294 / 30 days = 9-10 mos or total of approximately 250 paid out days. Calculating further, we can make out an assumption that they have paid out the early birds up until date with 300% plus minus profit rate already.

This being said,  Proforex Union also have had good times in the industry and we can make up a conclusion that they are currently on the point of tag between profit to break even as a long term program. And do take note that they are also one of those very few programs who successfully managed to optimize and provide a very varied choice of payment processors which could confabulate and at the same time cushion out any currency deficiencies and difficulties.

Benson Union Moved to PAYING Status

After careful and thorough consideration of the program, I have moved back the program Benson Union to paying status.

The program has been previously moved to problem due to the pending cash out requests that happened almost 5 days ago. After some thorough investigation and countless considerations with regard to this issue, I have decided to move the program TrackInv to problem status.

The program has been reported to do some questionable acts such as SELECTIVE PAYOUTS, BLOCKING OF ACCOUNTS and CHANGING OF WALLET INFORMATION, etc. This lead me to the conclusion of questioning the program admin with regard to the said activities. On the other hand, we all know that BW-FUND is also run by the same program admin BUT LET US MAKE MATTERS CLEAR that I have not yet received any reported cases with regard to the program BW-FUND having questionable activities. This has been my decision ever since I create The HYIP Bulletin. Should you want to invest in BW-FUND, it is then your final call.

A Must Read to All the HYIP Investors: Horror, Suspense, and Drama Stories on the HYIP Industry

Yes it is really a sad part of these industry that some great things do not last forever. As most of you know by now, and most especially to the old players in the industry, the hardest thing to accept sometimes is that point wherein a great program finally reaches its end. This is the case when the programs such as Benson Union, Profitable Sunrise, Stallion Gold, and Perfect Forex turned to scam status in a single week, and these program are very huge and successful programs before they pulled the plug off.

As we look back into these programs, a lot of promising things were then presented and sustained. But like any other programs of the industry, the hard fact also of keeping it sustainable as it reaches its peak of glory is the struggle to maintain stability.

Why is this happening despite that fact that these programs have been very successful? I am sure this question may have come across your curious mind one way or another, but it really is very self explanatory and yet very hard to accept too.

Let us bring back once again the topic of the nature of this industry - the HYIP industry or high yeild investment programs industry. As I have previously described it, the industry is actually a picture playground. And like any other games, you either win or lose. Despite that fact that this eminent and pending doom of a program's lifespan, why do we still play the game?

The real reason which I am sure most of the old timers too would agree is due to the fact that it is STILL PROFITABLE despite the odds and risks involved.

WHO DOES NOT WANT TO EARN HUGE MONEY IN SHORT PERIOD OF TIME?

Unless you already have enough money to pay your bills, or bring food to your family, or to pay huge debts, or buy medicines for your sick loved ones, or for whatever reason it may be, we cannot deny the fact that all of us here actually have each ones own reason and these things I have mentioned could just be one or two or even more applicable to our own situation. And since the "opportunity with a risk" could give us that ray of hope to help us provide the solution to these programs, we embrace it.

I know some of you may think and wonder as to why I am so blunt and indifferent about these facts. And I totally understand that sometimes you would have to tally disagree with me or maybe even hate me, and yet I am still willing to embrace that side of you guys. Believe me, I HAVE HAD MY OWN UPS AND DOWNS in this industry, and these is more than enough.

From point on-wards of this write up, I will be writing some remarkable stories related to the HYIP industry. Now it is for you guys to decide to continue investing here or not AFTER reading these incidents I have witnessed from the industry. They may not be the best or the worst stories of all times, but they have huge impacts too.

- There was a story of a businessman who was once hooked up with a very brilliant and seductive HYIP admin who he though would finally be the girl she was looking for. With the hope of getting 'closer and personal' to this admin, he wanted to impress her by doing huge deposits. One day, he was forced to wake up from this fantasy of his when the bills for the month came - 3 months overdue phone bill, 3 months overdue apartment rental, 3 months overdue electric bill, and 3 months over due water bills.

CONFIDENT that he has SUCH A HUGE EARNINGS from his 'dearly beloved program of his dearly beloved admin' he just SMILED OUT WIDE and told himself that it is just a piece of cake considering the fact that in just 2 more days from now he will finally be able to receive an amount that is 3-7 times more than his original investment.

Finally the promised day has come and he is very much ready to accept his first cash out. Everything went according to how the system should work with the program. He has already sent the cash out request of his HUGELY INFLATED MONEY. And he just cannot barely the excitement, and then came his dear lovely program admin which he same as "online" in their usual dating place called - 'live chat support.'

His excitement cannot be contained and that he is very happy to announce it too to his admirable admin that finally he is going to receive the profits he has much awaited. He frantically opened up and sent out a what seemed to be endlessly long and detailed narration of what has happened to him today about how the bills came in and about how confident he is of paying all of them today because of his requested cash out.

Then after the frenzy sets of narrations, he finally paused and waited eagerly for his dear admin's reply. And then he waited... and waited.......... and waited........................... and waited...........................................

The HYIP Bulletin Warnings: Profitable Sunrise on Problem Status

After having been online for a total of 488 days, I have now moved the program Profitable Sunrise to problem status due to an increasing report of pending cash outs and that the alleged sending of funds via bank wires is still yet to be seen.

One of the main basis for us to be able to monitor a programs stability is through its strong dedication to stick to their FAQs. Should their be any serious matters that needs changing, this has to be reflected on the FAQ and that a considerable consensus in relation to the general set rules or decorum of the HYIP  industry is to be followed. This means that if the program says that they are going to pay with this profit rate for this particular period in this particular time via this particular payment process, this has to be followed. As for the case with Profitable Sunrise, all of these set decorum have obviously been not followed.

Also, there is no assurance that the pending cash outs that will be sent out via Bank Wire or other payment processors will really go through since there are a number of complaints already in the different forums, blogs, monitors, and other HYIP related websites.

But most important amount all the updates that you should know as with the latest developments for Profitable Sunrise is that BCSC or British Columbia Securities Commission issues warning about sending further investments to Profitable Sunrise.

For those who failed to follow the story of this, the reason why such attention has been made is due to the fact that just recently, Profitable Sunrise moved from 3rd party wallets (LR, PM, STP, EP) to Bank wire transactions. The said increase of activity for Bank transfers was of course spotted and investigated by BCSC and that upon trace up, the company cannot validate as to the certifications of the program. Well, this is obviously an expected scenario since there really is no HYIP program that can be really identified as duly registered in a government or public sects. We should know that this is HYIP industry and that this is all part of the image.

In any case, the BCSC has already given then warning with regard to the program's condition and current status quo. The Alberta Securities Commission also sent out an alert against Profitable Sunrises' recent activities and North Carolina Securities Division has also issues a Temporary Order to Cease and Desist against the entity and its agents for further development and operation of the program.

This is going to put an additional hole to the industry and I hope that with such huge programs leaving, the industry will be able to recover ASAP. We cannot deny the fact that there will always be a black-hole effect, but we must instead take a lesson from these events. This is our industry, and this is what we have chosen. The sooner we accept the truth, the sooner we will be able to pick up our feet again.

A newsletter has been released by the admin Kimberly of 12ProFinance to honor the efforts of one investor from their program who has done the extra mile of creating a promotional video. The person of the hour is no other than leslielive.

I personally do not know her nor have heard about her, so I have to apologize if I have very limited information gathered about here. Nevertheless, I have done my own research and what I've found out (I am not 100% confident of the information I have obtained since there is no way I can really verify such information) is that leslielive is simply just an ordinary investor too of the program 12ProFinance and that her passion of affiliate marketing far exceeds others. She may either be a full time promoter in the HYIP industry or perhaps maybe in the online business as a whole. One thing is for sure though is that she has her own list of programs that she has really dedicated time and effort to make videos for.

But let us not get side-track on this irrelevant matters. What really is important is that video itself which I would have to say is very informative and that everyone who is interested about the program, or is already in the program should watch the video since it tells a lot about 12ProFinance without the effort of reading a lot of words.

In comparison to the first plan, you receive a daily interest rate of 1.30% daily return and lasting for a total of 50 days. This then gives you a total profit rate of 65% or a total return rate of 165% including your principal upon end of term.
3. Optimum Plan - this investment plan is well-suited for those who can afford. With a minimum of $100 deposit and up to $5,000 you then get to receive a daily profit rate of 1.5% daily for a total of 180 business days. Optimum Plan is then considered the long term investment plan in comparison to the first two investment plans previously introduced. Upon end of term for the the optimum plan, you will receive a total profit rate of  270% or 370% all in all including your principal or invested capital.
4. Optimum+ Plan - the final investment plan that is being offered by FCM Limited is actually a very hard thing to achieve due to the fact that a huge amount is required to start investing. Nevertheless, let us still mention it here. You will need a minimum amount of $5,000 should you want to invest in the said plan and this goes up to as high as $50,000. The daily profit rate is 1.70% which for me personally is still too low considering the fact that there are a more long term programs who offers a higher interest rate with this level of investment already. So I would rather recommend to invest on the first three investment plans than this one. For a total of 180 business days of earning, you will receive a  total profit rate of 306% or 406% total return including your capital already.

Looking at the program as a whole, I would have to say that the program is decent and well prepared enough to provide a profitable amount as it run along with its venture in the HYIP industry. Nevertheless, we cannot tell as to how long the program may really last, and this goes without saying that it is the same with any other HYIP programs in the industry. Thus, once again please be reminded that should you want to start investing in the program and that you have considered FCM Limited as part of you investment portfolio as I have did, invest only in amounts that you can afford to lose.

All Ad Spaces Purchased by Featured Program Make Million

Looks like the latest short term investment program Make Million is very much determined to become the number one short term program in the HYIP industry as of current.

Today, the program admin Henry has announced that they are progressing to a more wider scope in the market and that they have already advanced their program promotion to the next level. This is very much seen also here in The HYIP Bulletin as they purchased all the ad spaces available for the entire week.

The program is online now for a total of 58 days and all records show that they have not had any single pending cash outs nor requests that were not processed. The program is growing stronger too as their backgrounds show no signs of selective pay outs. KUDOS TO HENRY for a very well done job on this matter.

The HYIP Bulletin Warning: Stallion Gold Moved to Problem Status

StallionGold has been moved today to problem status due to the inaccessibility of their website for more than 24 hours now. As claimed by the program admin, their website has been stolen by some anonymous hacker which disables them to go through their back office. Now this is something we have not heard of and is something new, but nevertheless, it could be one of those alibis of a program going towards its pending doom.

As I have warned few weeks ago, some signs were already seen and that obvious patterns of selective pay outs such as delays in the processing of huge cash outs or that more than a simply $10 cash out request is no longer instantaneously processed is just a few of them.

Unfortunately, I would have to say that there is a very thin luck that the program can recover from such crisis. Nevertheless, we cannot really say that the program was entirely a failure since more of the early birds were able to hit the profit mark.

It is going to leave a huge hole in the industry should Stallion Gold really be ending their program this way, but this is the reality of this industry. We have no choice but to look unto what is next for us. Of course, we can always try to negotiate with the program admin too, and I hope the program admin is reasonable enough to listen to our plea, and if lady luck is on our side then perhaps then can at least return the capitals invested if ever no profit is seen yet.

In any case, please do not invest further on the account until further notice. And if Stallion Gold should ever rise back from the challenge, do not invest right away and try to listen out to the general public first as to what will be the updates. The HYIP Bulletin will be hear to keep you updated too of course.

The HYIP Bulletin Warnings: Invest Hourly On Scam Status

I have moved the program Invest Hourly to scam status today after having an inaccessible website for more than 24 hours now. I have tried to get in touch with the program admin but unfortuntely there was no response.

What we know as of today is that Felmina Alliance is continually paying their investors and that we are hoping that the said selective pay outs and further delays will be resolved. Do take note that Felmina Alliance has been online now for a total of 960 days with investment plans of 1% to 1.6% daily for 180 business days.

Need not worry because I simply just want that this fever will not return again and that I can finally be back to my healthy state. Lawrence Newsman of TrackInv Now Owns BW-Fund

We received a newsletter which has only happened once in a blue moon here in HYIP industry. The program BW Fund which is also listed here in The HYIP Bulletin and formerly owned by Mr Tony Martin is now owned by admin Lawrence Newman of TrackInv. Lawrence was also interviewed recently here in The HYIP Bulletin and although I just recently interviewed him, I am hoping that he will accept the interview request I have sent to him.
