As expected, all the important information you need to know about the different programs of The HYIP Bulletin and the HYIP industry as a whole is included in the report to make sure that you reduce risks as much as possible in this every uncertain industry. First on the list for this week is the usual ranking of our programs. Here are the current Top 5 Favorite HYIPs from this update basing on our Survey Poll.

The rankings in this update is very much the same with our last Bi-weekly Update issue. Platinum Vertex still is the leading program with a very good lead from the rest. This is to be expected considering the fact that the program’s last event was to encourage its members to rate and vote for the program. On the other hand Stallion Gold follows to be the next most favorite program among the rest. This is the ongoing trend for a couple of weeks now and we are not certain if there will be changes in it or not. Now, what really fascinates me with the rankings is that this is the first time I have seen 3 programs in a single spot! The programs that I am referring to are Benson Union, 4FX Investment and SureInv who all are sitting as the 3rd most Favorite programs. Let us wait and see as to which program can break that station soon.

My Personal List (Referral Commissions Back)
I have added two new programs on my personal list in this update. Both programs are short termed and thus playing with them can be tricky and at the same time profitable when proven to be staying for a couple of cycles.
1. Miracle Fund – this short term program offers a total of 4 investment plans – Basic, Standard, Professionaland Ultimate. It is pretty much straightforward plans with the difference depending on the amount and number of days you are willing to wait and risk. Promising Programs The HYIP Bulletin Warning: please read this first before continuing. This section points out some POSSIBLE AND POTENTIALLY good programs basing on EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD program updates or decisions that have caught my eyes lately. Unfortunately I have not seen much promising and eye catching updates for this issue. This is to be expected too considering the fact that the effect of Black December is pretty much obvious and very little program updates have been released. In a way, it too has helped me since I have more time to do some stuff offline.
Problem Programs
These programs were the ones who failed to pay after the specific time frame mentioned on their FAQ (usually 24 hours). They may have stopped paying for whatever reasons it could be - either hosting or server issues, or personal and health issues. Nevertheless, not paying is not paying and thus they will be marked under problem status. IT IS STRONGLY ADVISED TO NOT INVEST IN THESE PROGRAMS.

As usual it is expected to see a lot of programs closing shops this December. I really do hope that the investors were somehow able to save up some funds they have invested on and that they were able to manage to keep even small amounts. As for me, I am just glad that we are having very low problem or scam rates from our enlisted programs and I do hope that this will be the case all the time. This Update’s Strategies, Tips and Tricks Reminder:
Diversification is a very good tactic not just on choosing the programs you want to join in, but also on the investment portfolio you are playing you money into. The program administrators devise different “tempting” plans and each one of them has a different earning rate. Try to calculate the profit you can get and the TIME or WAITING PERIOD for you to reach profit. Separate your money, if you have enough, to fast paced returns (usually has lower returns) from the moderately long term returns (takes longer for the money to mature but offers higher interest rate). Nevertheless, this should not overshadow the other principle of “AIM FOR RETURN OF INVESTMENT FIRST.”
