First at all, a very warm welcome to our now almost 600 clients!

Since this is our first newsletter, please allow me to introduce myself: My name is Thomas Jenkins, but since childhood all call me TJ. My function within the sureinv organization is to oversee the entire project and to entertain our client needs.

Apart from saying 'Hello', I'd like to address some questions/concerns that came up, during the first two full weeks of our operation:

We have received several complaints from clients during the past weekends, who were concerned that cashout requests are not being honored on time and within our 48 hour processing rule.

Please be aware that weekends are excluded from the 48 hour rule, since we do not process payments on Saturday and Sunday. Payments are processed from Monday until Friday only, usually within an hour or two uring our business hours, which are 8am - 5pm GMT.

Some clients wondered, why no interest was credited to their accounts, only hours after depositing!

Well, interest is posted after a minimum period of 24 hours, after the deposit was made, but again - only from Monday until Friday. Why after a minimum period of 24 hours and not exactly after 24 hours, some might wonder? The reason is that the script, or in other words the software running all our transactions might be busy with other tasks at the very time you are expecting your interest. Thus, it can take a bit longer.

Now, all this is explained in detail in our FAQ, which forms part of our Terms of Service. We call on all our clients to please read our FAQ before contacting our support department - better even before getting involved with us.

Another important topic is, that you can only have six active deposits with us at any given time. [Mentioned in the FAQ as well!] It happened that some of our clients had not noticed this fact and funded their ePurse with additional funds to invest, and only after funding noticed that this was not possible. Moving funds from the ePurse to the Cash Balance was not an option, so their funds stuck in their ePurse. We have asked our programmer to come up with a solution and since yesterday funds can be freely and immediately transferred from the ePurse to the Cash Balance and be withdrawn from there. Please note that funds will remain of the same payment handler. Exchanges to other payment handlers are not possible. If you need to move funds from your ePurse to your Cash Balance, please click on the 'Currency Manager' link in the clients area.

NewGNi Clarification on Privatization and My Warning

We received a newsletter update from newGNi today which is a follow up on the previous newsletter about its privatization. newGNi ranks 6 in our Top Most Favorite HYIPs and is paying 1% daily or 6% weekly. It is now 332 days online in the industry.

The said newsletter update informs us that the privatization will start on December 1, 2012 GMT thus all of those who are interested to join must sign up NOW. Failure to do so means that you will NEVER be able to join the program again. It also states that you do not really have to invest on the said program, but the signing up is for you to do your investment in the future should you decide to do so.

Another thing worth mentioning is that a total of 800 members have signed up due to the said privatization, once again proving how famous newGNi has become.

Lastly, a clarification on the Principal withdrawal has been mentioned too. Everyone can ask for their principal to be returned should they decide to stop their partnership with newGNi but this privilege is only up until December 31. Past the said date and the 180 days lock in period will then take place.

Personally, it has now become quite a gamble for the admin to do this considering the fact that releasing of the principal amounts altogether could lead to a collapse of the program, thus I have to give you a fair warning that this could be the case. Camboura and Lord of Profits on Scam Status

After 48 hours of no response and pending cash outs from these two programs, Camboura and Lord of Profits are now tagged under my scam listings.

I have to say that I am somehow disappointed by these two. Considering the fact that their website may not come in cheap, I guess they have already reached the point wherein they are contented with the fast deposits they both received and decided to leave the industry and do a fast scam on us all.

As for Camboura, I am not sure if they were really planning it out that they are going to do a fast scam but the case for Lord of Profits is somehow (not sure if this was originally planned or not) a different story. We can see that the program admin has been trying his best to make sure that his program is going to last for a while. Considering the fact that it had a unique and very attractive website, it attracted a lot of investors and attackers at the same time too. Unfortunately, due to the multiple DDoS Attacks received which he is also partly to be blammed for hosting his site in an average hosting server, the program had so many downtimes leading to the main reasons for programs doing early closures in the industry.

Because of the said too much downtimes which leads to serious cash flow issues, maintaining a very fast and high yielding program is really impossible. And sad to say a lot of the investors lost in this game.

These are just one of the very reasons as to why playing in SHORT TERM programs are more difficult and complex that mid and long term ones.

It is the make it or break it, earn fast, lose fast game that some are willing to do.

I am certainly sure right now that you could notice that Felmina Alliance is one of those programs who just love not going to work for holidays and I do believe almost everyone does too.

If you were a follower of The HYIP Bulletin from the very beginning, 711 Finance is the very first program that was featured on the website. During that time, pay outs were great and the customer service is superb too.

Unfortunately, like any other aging program with high return, it had to go. It was successful in a sense that there were two to three cycles done but that was that.

Today, we received a surprise newsletter from them and is claiming that they are back to process all the pending cash outs.

So far my pending cash outs were not yet sent thus I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO INVEST FURTHER ON THEM.

Do take note that this could just be a sign that they are BACK TO SCAM FOR MORE.

The HYIP Bulletin Warning: please read this first before continuing.

After doing further review on TrackInv (full review here) I would have to say that I am seeing great improvements on the said program.

Cash out request are always prompt and on time and that the said program has added more monitoring sites in order for the program to grow further.

Although it is still too early to conclude, but I am seeing that the improvements it has done in the past 3 days since online is promising.

Lord of Profits on Waiting Status

I am unable to do cash out request from Lord of Profits because the website is currently down. I have to admit that I am disappointed too on the problems that they are facing.

Although I can see that the program has already moved their server to a new host, this still does not change the fact that there are no cash outs for the last 24 hours. This is due to the alleged multiple DDoS attacks on their server.

Thus, I have decided to move the said program on waiting status and I do hope that this issue will soon be resolved.

NewGNi Going Exclusive and No More New Members by December 1

NewGNi, ranked 6 of our Top Most Favorite HYIPs and is running for 329 days now sent out a very shocking newsletter today. It offers two investment plans which is the daily profit plan of 1% daily and the weekly plan that offers 6% daily.

Alright I might have over-reacted a bit but who would not be if you are in the HYIP industry for a while now with the new changes that NewGNi is going to implement. Although it only have one real main thought, the said newsletter would do a great impact to the industry considering the stature of the program in the long term program field.

If you had been in the industry for a while now, NewGNi is perhaps the oldest program I had been into. Going back on its history a bit, the old name of the program is GNi which was the oldest running program from 2008-2010. It was a very well known long term investment program with so much investors in them. I could say that perhaps it was one of the best. Unfortunately, due to a payment processor (yes not the fault of GNi) StrictPay going on scam, and having their bank going down, the program was then forced to close. By early January of this year, the program was ran by a new admin who is Jurgen.

And just like before, the program became one of the most trusted programs in the industry even up to today. The program allows you to earn 1% per day or 6% per week and is paying all cash-outs almost instantly. I would have to say that it is one of the epitome of the long term programs up until this point.

Today, I am much delighted with the changes that they are going to implement on the program. Here are the following changes that is going to happen:

1. The program is now going to become EXCLUSIVE AND PRIVATE PROGRAM.
2. Due to the said change mentioned, NewGNi will NO LONGER be accepting new members starting December 1.
3. Only members before December 1 can invest and reinvest on the said program.
4. Since NewGNi is going private, they will be allocating their time most on their company investments rather than maintaining the program.
5. For the same reason mentioned above, all cash out requests will only be processed once a week and only during Mondays.
6. Should you feel that you do not want to continue your investments with the program anymore, you have the option to cash out all your money from them and close your account.

Personally, I have a mixed feeling about this update. I am both disappointed and glad. Disappointed because I will be missing the activeness of the program and the admin when it comes to daily dynamics in the industry. Glad at the same time because they have found the rightful place that they should be focusing their energy and talents into. Also, unlike any other programs, they have the decency to inform all their members and to even return the money that the investors have entrusted to them should the investors decide to cut ties with them rather than go and shut down the site.

We will be looking into a more detailed view of one of the latest program added in My Personal List today which is Camboura. It is a short term investment program that enlisted in The HYIP Bulletin just a few hours after it was launched in the industry.

At first glance, you can see that it offers 7 investment plans which are pretty much straightforward. The main difference you can right away notice from each investment plans are the number of days that your principal is locked in. The longer your money is locked in the program, the higher your profit is. This also does not remove the fact that there is then a higher risk which is totally norm for all short term investment programs.  Another thing you need to take note is that each investment plan is bracketed and the bigger amount you invest, the bigger is your daily profit.

Phinanci Reconstruction Update

I am not sure if you were already around when Phinanci was existing about 2 or 1 month ago, but it was a supposed mid to long term program that already been marked under scam.

Today, they are trying to redeem themselves and "improve" their program by doing an overall construction of their program. We have heard about the said reconstruction last week, but now they are telling the previous members that their could be a slight delay on this matter.

Another thing they have mentioned is the fact that those who have "lost" or have not profited yet will have their remaining investments placed on the latest plan.

As for me, I would have to sound the buzz and alarm for this since we all know for the fact that the Black Christmas phenomenon is coming, and this could be a move from them to get more money.

In any case, unless we have really proven that the program has totally renewed its trust to the members by doing prompt and updated refunds and payments, then I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO INVEST ON THIS PROGRAM.

Lord of Profits Back Online After Short Downtime

Unfortunately, there was no explanation as to why the said website cannot be accessed but what is important is that the program is now back online and is paying perfectly.

AVO Explains Pending Cash Outs

We received a surprising update from AVO today, a former top program from our survey poll and perhaps had been one of the most successful programs during its paying period. Unfortunately, the said program is now facing multiple programs and one of which is the selective pay out and other serious cases of pending huge cash outs. This is a no wonder considering the fact that the program has been running for quite some time and with very huge deposits from its members.

The program has stopped sending out all the supposed cash out request as it normally did last two weeks ago. As explained on the newsletter, Liberty Reserve has set a limit to their account causing the said huge problem.

I have heard a lot of complaints recently from the said payment processor doing such activities, and if I am not mistaken, also from another payment processor doing such exact same thing to the previous BWWU program about SolidTrust Pay. This gives us a clear picture that we need to only take care of ourselves against the scam of the HYIP program admin, but sad to say also with the payment processors IF EVER THESE ALLEGATIONS ARE TRUE!

This time around, it is AVO's turn to ask help from its members to send emails to Liberty Reserve to remove the limit on their account so that the payments can be done to the members, or better yet that Liberty Reserve pays the investors their money back. I ABSOLUTELY do not have any objections to this, but what I really did not like is the fact that THEY SENT OUT THEIR EXPLANATION WAY TOO LONG!

Is it because they heard of the rumors, which I too am not sure if true or not, that there are people committing suicide for putting too much trust and money on their program!

I hate to say this but I think both parties could be at fault in here. In any case, I suggest to do what AVO asks you to do if you want to TRY TO RETRIEVE YOUR MONEY, and I will also do what I can to assist on my part for this process. But be warned that on usual cases, nothing happens from both their end.
