Exclusive Interview with PexPay

Hello Guys! Today, we will be doing something EXTRA SPECIAL! If you noticed a few days ago, the featured program of the month banner had been changed for an extra special program. The difference is that it is not an HYIP. It is no other than PexPay. You might have seen them on some program, or not at all. That is because PexPay is a new payment processor who is getting more and more recognized and used by the different programs. As promised, The HYIP Bulletin has delivered to you an exclusive interview with PexPay!

In relation to this, I would have to refrain myself from creating too much comments on the other news (sorry guys I want to emphasize more on this interview) but of course I would never miss sending out those newsletters because they are also important so you will still be able to read the original newsletters later on. 1.) Hello Mike and thanks once again for making time for The HYIP Bulletin and its subscribers. Before we hit the formal interview, can you please tell us more about you and your role in PexPay? 
- I am one of the Managers here at PexPay. My role includes training our staff, reaching out to new merchants, keeping up in the different forums, blogs, and social network sites, overseeing the live chat staff, the verification department, and the support center staff.



2.) Can you tell us more about the background of PexPay? What is your company’s vision and mission? How was it conceptualized? 
- We have been building PexPay from the ground up with a few solid foundations: excellent customer service, quick payment processing, and a user-friendly site that is there when you need it. We are Your Bridge to Anywhere, and we welcome people to come experience the PexPay difference.

We have seen many other processors show their growth by slowing down in all aspects of their business. We have been working hard to stay ahead of the curve and be ready to handle all the growth and the pains that come with it. The standards that we set for ourselves on day one are what we strive to meet and exceed and that is what motivates us. 

PexPay was developed over a couple of years of planning and much discussion on what we felt was missing based on first hand experience with other processors. We knew there was a need to create a processor that could service all your payment processing needs while still delivering a quality service with people that care. We think that many companies, especially internet-based companies, lose sight of what their customers really want as they expand and grow. This was especially apparent in the payment processing industry and that is why we decided to fill the void and set our guidelines from the beginning to never let us go down that road. We gathered the resources needed to put our vision into action and created what you know as PexPay today. 



3.) Please give us brief information about your company’s staff? Who are they and what do they do? Also, where is your company based? 
- Our staffs are comprised of people that we have worked with in the past. They are in a couple different locations and we have a few professionals and companies that we have contracts with to provide specific services. Most of our staffs are trained in various departments to accommodate for our growth. This will enable us to move staff around to keep verifications, support tickets and all the other functions moving smoothly as we continue to grow. We are a 100% online company and therefore we have no public offices. We do have a public mailbox in Michigan where we receive checks from customers.



4.) Are there any interesting facts our readers might be interest that is not shown in your website? 
- Everything is listed on our site, but one thing that people overlook is our Customer Loyalty Program. It is by far the best of any processor that we have compared it to. Your readers can find more information on it here: https://www.pexpay.com/loyalty-program.php.



5.) Do you have any kind of official sanction or license from the government or financial authorities?
- We are based in Nevada and follow all requirements that must be followed with regards to MSB (Money Service Business) rules and guidelines. There are many details that must be followed to operate an MSB in Nevada or anywhere in the US, as well as if you are an international processor doing business with US customers. This is part of the reasons that it took us 2 years to introduce PexPay to the world. We have a complete AML compliance policy for both the United States and Canada. We have both to cover our bases and allow for growth and expansion even though we operate solely in the U.S. at this time.



6.) Every great company starts with a great foundation. Although PexPay is just new, it has become a well known and preferred payment processor in the online industry. What do you think is the foundation of PexPay which you firmly believe will make it greater than it is today? 
- I think I may have touched on this in one of the other questions, but the answer is customer service. There is nothing more important than taking care of your customer. Our customers will be the biggest reason we will grow the way we will. If we do not take care of them or treat them like they are just numbers then they can also be the reason that we do not succeed. I can assure you that our customers will always be our number one priority. When the customer is taken care of all other things fall into place, and they then become our best method of advertising.



7.) I too am working in the customer service industry other than The HYIP Bulletin, so I strongly agree on that Mike. Can you also give us some current statistics of the company? Who are you servicing and how many people or company are you currently working for? 
- We are seeing wonderful growth in the number of customers that are joining each day. In May we only had double-digit signups 5 days, last month we had double-digit signups everyday, and triple digits three days, this month we have had triple digit signups 11 times. This speaks volumes for the growth we have had in a few short months. We are looking for more merchants and that will come with time. We are approaching many different industries and just finished up with a very large company that I am sure many will be interested in once the announcement is official. They are not a HYIP but they can be a great site for anyone with a PexPay account that is looking to do some online shopping.

We also try to send out emails from time to time letting our customers know about new merchants using PexPay. 



8.) What do you think are the common issues or scenarios you encounter in a daily basis which you think can be minimized if only done this and that? 
- The biggest issues that we see from customers contacting us are issues that were actually answered already in the website. In fact, the tickets and live chat requests that we get are already answered in that specific page they are in or can be found in the FAQ section, which we will also be updating in the near future.

The most common question we encounter is about the Security Guard Pin (SGP) as many people do not know what it is. This is very important, as the SGP is needed to perform all sensitive functions within your account. The SGP is something the customer creates when they log into their account the first time. They have to enter the SGP info twice to create it, and we also ask them to write it down as a reminder of how important the SGP is.



9.) What do you think is the reason why people are choosing PexPay over the other payment processors online? 
- They want a change! They want a payment option that is going to do what they say. They want a payment option that is going to process transactions on time. They want a payment option that responds to them in a timely manner. They want to use a service that they can have confidence in. There are other options that ignore, don’t care, or cannot meet the needs of their customer base. PexPay can meet that need, always will, and is that change that so many online users are looking for.



10.) I noticed that on your homepage, you can see the slogan “Fast. Secure. Reliable. Worldwide.” Please expound on this. 
- That is built around the core issues that we observed when doing all of our research on many payment processors. We have had accounts with many processors for many years. We created these accounts with our competition so that we could experience what each one was good at, and also to see the places that we thought could use improvement. Many of them do a handful of things well, but there were also many of them that did some things pretty poorly. We noticed the same issues coming up processor after processor. We took that info and created what turned into our core goals of how we would be different. These things include:

Fast – We doing things in a quick time frame for our customers. Just because a company grows does not mean that the customers should be expected to suffer or have to put up with delays. 

Secure – We noticed that it is way too easy to get information from the different processors without having to give much detail. There were many different things we did in testing this, and we could not believe how unsafe different information was. 

Reliable - We found that many processors claimed to do many different things in many different areas, but they fell well short of their own statements or goals. We made it a point to provide services that will be reliable. This concept is carried out in our selection of different services we use or do not use. We made a conscious decision to put our resources into areas where we can be the most productive. We have the ability to help substantially more customers and do so faster using support tickets and live chat than we would if we had twice as many people on phone support. This helps to keep costs low, which is passed on directly to our customers. 

Worldwide – Much like we are not limited to one industry online, we are also not limited to one part of the world. We have to follow many rules because of our location, but as long as you are not breaking the said rules and guidelines, and as long as you are not in a limited number of countries that we cannot do business with, then we can and want to provide services for you. 



11.) Can you give us a quick guide on how to do registration and funding of the PexPay account?

Anyone can create a PexPay account for free by going here: 
https://www.pexpay.com/signup.php. Once they create their account it is strongly recommended that they verify their account so they can take advantage of all that PexPay has to offer. To become verified they will need to send in a Government ID and a utility bill showing their name and address. This bill cannot be over 60 days old. If they want bank wire withdrawals then they will also need to upload a copy of the bank statement to the bank that they will be withdrawing to. The bank statement needs to again display their current address as well as their name. If they are uploading a bank statement we do not need the utility bill. 

Once they are verified they can then use all of the funding and withdrawal options that are available to them. Unverified accounts can still receive funds, and can even send up to 500.00 in total from their account. After that 500.00 is met they must verify their account 


12.) What are your future plans for the company? 
- We have many things that we will be working on in 2013. That list includes more localized banking, going after the largest merchants from different industries, along with many other things that will enhance the customer experience with PexPay for years to come.



13.) Do you offer Debit Cards for your members? 
- We do not at this time but this is something that we have talked about and will continue looking into in the future. We have noticed that there have been a lot of problems with processors offering debit cards in the past. We're working to find where these problems began, whether it was the debit card platform or the payment processor, and we're working to find the best long-term solution for our needs. When this becomes more of a reality we will be sure to let our customers know.



14.) What is the best and fastest way our readers can contact you if they have any questions or concerns related to PexPay? 
- The fastest way for people to get help is via our live chat for basic questions. If you have more detailed questions about your personal account, or if live chat is not online, the next fastest and best way to get help is to use the support ticket system from within your account. When you use the support ticket system, the support representative assisting you will have access to all necessary information about your account and can typically help you very quickly. Please do take note also that the Contact Us page is used for non-customer contact only. The representatives answering these requests DO NOT typically have access to the account specific information.



15.) Lastly, what would you like to add personally which was not covered in the interview which you think the readers of The HYIP Bulletin should know? 
- We realize that we are a new payment option and that this often causes concern for some people. However, we are confident that people will realize that we are the better option in the long run. We have a strong background in customer service and have been working on PexPay for years. We are confident that our site will fill the void that others feel with the other payment options that are currently available.

We know that there are those out there that will say they will not trust us because we are a new company. Our only response to that is that every company is new at some point. Often times the new guys will learn from the mistakes of the old ones and start with a better system and better approach. That's what we feel we have done. We feel we are already providing a better service and we feel our customer service is well above our competition. This is justified by the support being shown by our customers.

New Program Enlisted: Caspian Capital + Full Review

The HYIP Bulletin has added another program in My Personal List today. Caspian Capital LLC is a new short to mid term program released in the industry only 3 days ago. They claim to be a global investment organization capitalizing on oil trades.

Caspian Capital offers you a wide variety of investment portfolio wherein you can choose as to which type best suites your needs. We can separate them into 2 categories, a daily running plan and a time limit plan. The Atrek Plan is the only option available for the daily running plan. It offers 20% daily for 7 days with principal included giving you a total of 140% ROI or 40% profit. You only need $10 to start investing in the said plan and has a limit of $150,000. As for the time limit plans, namely Kura (1 day), Ural (5 days), Samur (10 days), Saluk (15 days) and Terek (30 days), they offer ROIs of 110%, 130%, 180%, 280% and 380% with a minimum deposit of $20, $50, $100, $250 and $500  respectively (Sorry I tried to google their meanings but no luck of relating these words). What I find amusing about the plans is that although you are having a higher ROI, you are also taking a more considerable amount of higher risk, higher expense and longer period of waiting time! Personally it does not make a sense at all for me as to why they have to increase the minimum deposit in each plan.

They also have an affiliation program available for up to level 1 or direct referrals. Although this unique referral system is good for the programs sustainability, I am not so sure if it can attract or encourage members to participate proactively. The reason for this is that referral commissions start from 3% for the first 30 referrals and goes as high as 5% once you hit 61+ referrals. You have to have at least 30 referrals to move up to a higher percentile!

Caspian Capital accepts enough variety of payment processors. They accept Liberty Reserve, Perfect Money and EgoPay. Cash out requests can be done daily for 7 days in a week with a minimum of $1 and is reflected within 24 hours.

Context wise, although the introductory part and company profile part is unique, I have that feeling that it is inadequet or lacks something. Perhaps because it has a very limited amount of wordings it or maybe because some of their explanations are hanging and vague. You can also see that there are some copy pasting sections found on the website which can be found from other programs too. But for the more experienced HYIP players, this does not really matter so I won't dwell too much on it.

Now on to the technical side which for me is one of the most important thing in a program. What I like most about Caspian Capital is that they are serious on keeping their program protected from server attacks. It runs off with a licensed GoldCoders script and is fully SSL-ecnrypted by no less than Comodo.  With the ongoing onslaught of different programs due to the widespread DDoS, a lot of programs have been down for days now and this could lead to serious complications of a program, even death. To prevent this from happening, they have chosen one of the best hosts and AntiDDoS providers around the industry - BlackLotus.

Another thing that caught my attention is that the program has a very good number of monitoring sites with them and this is a very good thing considering the fact that they have just started. This will give you an idea that they are serious with their program too.

Lastly, if you have any questions or concerns, you can reach them via their live chat support (Yes it is functional, yes I have tried it and yes they are human!) or via email. I believe they have different operators available on different hours so that is another good thing.

Before I am going to end this review, I would like to say that the program has potentials in it. But never forget also this message "UNCERTAINTY IS THE ONLY CERTAIN THING IN THIS INDUSTRY!" If you want to consider investing in Caspian Capital, make sure that it is part of your wide and diverse portfolio and invest in the amount that you are always ready to lose!

Website Live Chat Support Down for A Couple of Hours

Pleasant day to everyone. I regret to inform that I might not be reacheable via live chat today.

The HYIP Bulletin is supported by Zopim, an easy and powerful tool that helps provide on time live chat support to the subscribers. Unfortunately due to unforseen circumstance their datacenter provider, Internap, just lost power in one of their facilities, LGA9, as a result of Hurricane Sandy.

In relation to this, the said chat support will not be useable for a couple of hours. The good news is that the Zopim team is currently working on a lightweight version to provide temporary service to the Zopim users.

Our datacenter has been running on reserve power until recently. The team at Internap is working very very hard to restore power but one of its facilities LGA9 recently lost power due to a fuel pump failure. Zopim's service has gone offline ever since.

News from a reliable source tell us that fuel is running out at Internap's datacenter. We would have manually carried diesel 17 stairs up to our facilities like how
Squarespace does it (kudos to the team) if we were in New York. But we are not, so we couldn't physically relocate our servers either.

That said, rest assured that Zopim can still run without relying on our servers in Internap's datacenter. We're currently working on a contingency plan which will allow us to restore service to our customers. This involves setting up connection to our existing proxies located worldwide. It's taking some time but once it's done, you will be able to login to a lightweight version of our dashboard to chat. Expect some advanced capabilities will be limited for the time being. We'll post a more thorough update once this lightweight version is up.

We're currently testing the widget and dashboard to make sure everything is in place. Based on current estimates, the lightweight version of the dashboard should be live in a couple of hours.

AntiDDoS Attacked and Downtime Websites

We received a report today that all sites hosted by the AntiDDoS are down AGAIN. They are currently experiencing a massive attack which resulted to inaccessibility of so many sites being hosted. This is not the first time this incident has ever happened. In fact this down-times have been happening too frequently in the past two weeks already.

Also, there are other host providers experiencing the same attacks. Most common site that are affected by attacks and are down today are the following: MajesticProfits, SkyCrown, Finvance, PipsFund, EVO Profit & PerfectFinance.

The recent series of attacks done to the different host providers from the HYIP industry are getting more common and frequent and I just hope that they will be doing something more drastic about this. It is already given that there are people who have nothing to do in life but attack the hosts, and try blackmailing different admins or programs just so to produce cash for their selfish ego through DDoS attacks. The least that these "AntiDDoS" provider can do is to protect their consumers and UPDATE their system frequently specially if their current system cannot handle such attacks anymore. They keep asking for this huge amount of money monthly only to provide incompetent results. Why do I say so? Like I've said, this is not the first, nor the second time it has happened. Much more, a series of attacks just within the week or two weeks time. If the progress is not enough, then the progress is no good at all. The consumers are entitled to the service that they are paying. These AntiDDoS are marketing are much more expensive protection than the others but how come they cannot provide that quality worth the consumers paid. They need to do something about this!

Lastly, if you think these cases should be taken likely, you better think again because if a particular program will be down for over 12 hours at least, it can really harm them! In fact it can lead to the programs' downfall! Imagine how much of a money can programs lose with thousands of members to be paid on the day where they are not earning. So I do hope you guys will also understand why I am frustrated about this situation. Not only are the program admins frustrated about this issue but also the investors who will be loosing money once the program decides to close shop too!

Royal Union and PrimeX7 on Scam Status

Two programs today have stopped paying and are now confirmed on the scam listing.

Royal Union and PrimeX7 did not send out cash outs for the past two days now and despite multiple attempts of contacting the said admins of the two programs, no reply was received and all efforts were in vain.

Take note also that Royal Union sent out another email informing members that they have introduced a new plan which is 200% in just 3 days. Definitely it is very IMPOSSIBLE for a program to sustain such program, so my dear subscribers and readers please do not fall in this trap.

Please do not invest in these programs any further.

The HYIP Bulletin has added a new program in My Own List today. Frmoeg, the latest program created by Jacob has now been finally released. For those who do not have any idea who this admin is, Jacob was the previous owner of the program IntraFunds which was forced to close shops after 2 weeks time due to some "difficulties." Nevertheless, do take note that he is the first Admin to explicitly admit that he is running a ponzi scheme and also the first I know that sent out refunds after the program's closure. I am not sure as to why he has done this, which some are even speculating that he might just be leading investors into the new program which will not last long again, but a refund is a refund and it is up to you guys if you are going to join the said new program or not. Also do take note that he has mentioned in this news program that this will be his last  and if things do not go out well once again, he still is going to issue refunds.

Frmoeg is an abbreviation for Fei-Ranis Model Of Economic Growth, which is a dualism model in developmental economics or welfare economics developed by John C.H Fei and Gustav Ranis. According to this theory, the primitive sector consists of the existing agricultural sector in the economy, and the modern sector is the rapidly emerging but small industrial sector. I find this significant to be relayed because even I am amused as to how Jacob connects his program to the said dual sectors. If we are going to analyze this move, I would say that Jacob has done his research more than we do. Nevertheless, for the more experienced HYIP players, they do not really mind this that much.

As for the investment plans, the program offers two - daily and weekly. Both plans have the same minimum deposit which is $20 and maximum of $14,999.99. The daily plan pays 5% per day for 30 calendar days with principal included while the weekly plan pays 20% weekly for 6 weeks. If we are going to compute for the ROI, the daily plan gives you a total of 50% profit after 30 days, while the weekly plan gives you 120% after 42 days. This does not make sense at all because even if compounding is available in the weekly plan, it still gives a much lower profit in the end. Thus, I would have to recommend you guys to stick to the first investment plan. If you are still confused, you are very much free to use the calculator available on the site to plan for your investments.

Frmoeg accept deposits from LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney, SolidTrustPay and EgoPay. For cash-outs, you will need to log in to your account and request your payouts which you will receive within the next 24 hours with a minimum of $0.01. Requests can be done every day except during Sundays. He might be honoring his religion which could connect to having a day off on Sunday or just simply a regular rest day for him. Frmoeg also offers a referral program of 4% commission for every deposit from the payment processors of your direct referrals.

Finvance Server Downtime

Finvance as we all know by know has become one of the most successful program in the HYIP industry. The program is offering one investment plan which is 8% per day for 20 business days and has been online for 105 days now.

Unfortunately, Mark, the admin of Finvance, reported that their server experienced some severe attack on BlockDos’ DNS infrastructure which prompted them to update the DNS servers. This is the reason as to why the website cannot be accessed as of the moment.

We received a newsletter today from one of the programs enlisted in our Free Listing Section.

InvStrategy, short to mid term program offering 120-170% after 1-3 days or 240-670% for 6-15 days, has reached 30 days old today. Considering the fact that the program is offering higher than the other programs, we can say that this is a huge accomplishment from the program. I can only imagine the efforts exerted on the said program should be really high to be able to maintain the said high return rate. After multiple attempts of trying to contact the admins of the two programs, unfortunately we did not receive any feedback from them.

Thus the said two programs, namely Sirius Union and Monetary Club are now tagged under scam status.

PrimeX7 Expanding Program Coverage

PrimeX7, our current featured program of the month and the current leading Top Most Favorite Program from our Survey Poll sends out a good news to the members today.

Finvance Starts Weekly Newsletter
