Felmina Alliance Newsletter Possible Scam Sign

We received a program update from one of the longest running program in the HYIP industry today. Felimina Alliance is on my Normal Enlisting Programs and has been online in the industry now for a very good run of 920 days. It is paying 1% to 1.6% daily for 180 business days on payment processors LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney, SolidTrustPay, and EgoPay. I am sure everyone is a bit surprised or worried about the said title but I will be explaining this later. DO TAKE NOTE, HOWEVER THAT FELMINA ALLIANCE IS STILL PAYING PROMPTLY.

True that Felmina Alliance is one of the best running investment programs in the industry as of today with a very good record run of 920 business days paying, and sending out cash out request religiously and promptly. >Felmina Alliance is one of the longest programs running in the industry and 920 days is a very had feat to do. We can say that the admin is really skilled in maintaining their funds. However, 920 days also means building up a huge need of cash in flows in order to keep running.

>Felmina Alliance have not really been doing some serious advertising lately nor did it do for the past couple of months or so, not until today.

>Felmina Alliance's latest newsletter is SOLID ADVERTISING. "Advertise us and win cash prize every week." WEEKLY PRIZES mean weekly lose to the program. Full details and mechanics of this contest can be found below.

>Felmina Alliance have recently been doing a lot of "vacations" by declaring a lot of NON-PAYING days due to holidays.

Gold Riches On Improved Web Design

We received the very first newsletter today from one of the newest program added in my Premium Enlisting. Gold Riches, launched 2 days ago, is now using a new web design, which I personally think is a lot better than the previous one. This particular move rarely happens in the industry, yet this is the second program that announced such changes.

Anyhow, the reason for the said change of web design is due to the "disappearance" of their previous web designer. Since the admin finds the importance of having to do some changes in the website s Gold Riches develop, they have to find a new designer. At least we can consider the admin of Gold Riches a particular admin, since this rarely happens too (referring to programs already launched and having the need to do web design in between.) I believe however that it was a good design for Gold Riches since there is a notable improvement on the overall appearance. I'll give them a point on that.

We received another weekly newsletter update and reminder from one of the Premium Enlisted programs today which is PL Profits. (detailed review here) The said newsletter is about the current status of the program and some common issues or confusions encountered during cash out processing.

Al Invest has been moved to waiting status today here in The HYIP Bulletin due to some pending cash outs not processed for more than 24 hours. Attempts of trying to get hold of the program admin has been done. Unfortunately the program admin has yet to respond.

Some monitors are still putting the program in paying status. If ever this will be the case, then I suspect that the program admin could be doing some selective pay outs. There are few cases also being reported for such selective pay outs. Should you encounter the same problem, please do inform me ASAP so that we can file a case on this.

The HYIP Bulletin Scam Warnings: Safety Euro Move to Scam

Safety Euro has been moved to Scam List today. The program was very much short-lived and after its second day in the industry, it took some website issues and some DDOS attacks as per admin's email. In my opinion, I would have to say that all of these are just some make us stories to "cover up" the real intention of the program admin.

As soon as the program admin announced that their program will be back in the next 24 hours while they are doing a maintainance, there were no actual since that the website is really on an attack. The website is very much accessible althroughout except for the fact that you cannot log in. When the 24 hour time passed, another surprise was presented to all the members. To those who are unsuspecting of it, the website has now been converted to deliver the trending scam called "VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT SCAM." In relation to this, do not invest no the said program and NEVER SEND OUT ANY AMOUNT OR VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT THROUGH SAFETY EURO VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT SCAM.

The HYIP Bulletin Warnings: VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT SCAM PART 2

I am still receiving some escalations with regard to accounts being hacked due to the ACCOUNT VALIDATION SCAM. For those who do not know what this scam is, please read about this scheme here.

Thus I have decided to create a part 2 for this VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT SCAM.

Things You Need to Know About the VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT SCAM!
1. PREVENTION IS ALWAYS BETTER THAN CURE. 
Yes we often see this but often times, we also do not take notice of it. I am sure that every one of us knows why we are in these programs -WE ALL ARE WANTING TO EARN. This also goes the same with the HYIP admins. Thus they will do everything in their part to earn. The sad part of the story is that their targets are the investors.

2. IF IT'S TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT PROBABLY IS. 
Yes, I know you have read this line a lot too. But it is also another line that we also often forget. After all, life is about opportunities and once we are presented with it, we should always grab. NOT!!! Unfortunately this is not the case here in the HYIP industry. These "opportunities" are actually ALWAYS have a catch. It could be one of the PRIMARY SIGN FOR A SCAM.

3. KNOW THE DIFFERENCE WITH OTHER SCAM SCHEMES
I believe that I have covered this up already in my previous newsletter but nevertheless, I feel the need to remind everyone how this VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT SCHEME goes. First thing that are going to do is create a program (HYIP of course). Like any other HYIP programs, it is attractive. So after they attract investors, the program goes like any other normal HYIPs go - you invest and then you get paid. When time comes that they are no longer able to sustain the program, like any other HYIPs do, THEY WANT TO GET THE LAST SQUEEZE out of you - to scam your money invested PLUS MORE! This is where the VERIFY YOU ACCOUNT SCHEME differs from the rest.

4. HOW THEY DO THE 'VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT' SCAM
As soon as number 3 happen, the HYIP admin will then encode something on their program and modify the program script. They will create a "web portal" or "web page" that will direct you to a "new page." This new page is OBVIOUSLY SOMETHING YOU HAVE NOT SEEN FROM THE PROGRAM BEFORE. I know it looks EXACTLY the same page but BE AWARE that this is not the real page of your processor. THIS IS THE HACKERS PAGE which I am referring. They specifically built this page in order to extract your payment processors information. To convince you also, they will give "PROMISED BONUS" which will not be given to you really. As soon as you put your log in information (username and password), YOUR INFORMATION WILL THEN BE SENT TO THE HACKER. Obviously, they will be able to log in to your account and finally SCAM ALL YOUR MONEY!

5. HOW TO SPOT THE 'VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT SCAM'
These are some main things you need to know and is also a recap of number 4. First is the 'VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT' sign. Second is the "SEND A VERY SMALL AMOUNT TO VERIFY ACCOUNT." This is the 'PAYMENT PROCESSOR LOG IN PAGE' which is used to get your log in information. And last but definitely not the least important is a "PROMISED BONUS" that will never be given to you.

I really do hope that these information will be of use to you. Please share this write up to everyone in order for them to know what this is all about. UNFORTUNATELY AT THIS POINT, if ever you got scammed the only thing you can do is hope and pray that your payment processor will be able to trace the money where it was sent and block those account. The HYIP Bulletin SCAM WARNING: VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT SCAM

There has been a considerable amount of accounts, especially LR accounts, that have been scammed due to the "VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT" scam. Please take note that LR accounts never send out such notifications to their members.

What happens is that whenever you log in your username and password, these information is being sent to the hackers rather than to the real log in page of Liberty Reserve. Similar cases such as programs asking for you to send out any amount (e.g. $0.01) to their system with an alibi that this process will help verify you account is another way for them to steal money from you. As a result, the hackers will be able to log into your account allowing them to EMPTY OUT and SEND YOUR BALANCE TO THEMSELVES!

In any case, please do not send out any money to such fraud transcactions. The only verified and true process of sending out money to VALID and TRUE programs is when you actually LOG IN TO LIBERTY RESERVE WITHOUT ANY REDIRECTIONS from such processes.

If ever you are prompted with such notification that you need to send a specific amount such as this, it is more likely that you will be scammed leaving you penniless if you do.

Problem Updating the Website

Hello guys. I would like to inform that I am experiencing some issue whenever I update my website. Some of the updates are not reflected whenever I publish the changes in the website. Sinulog Festival 2013 of The HYIP Bulletin

As all of you know by now, I am here in Cebu City to render by yearly tribute to Santo Niño, the Child Jesus. I am a Roman Catholic by the way and I know that everyone has its own points and views of religion so I hope let us just respect each other on that.

Anyways, today is the last day of the festival and some of the very wonderful things I have seen were the usual street dances, float parades, little child Jesus portray, and the club and merry making during night time.

PL Profits or Premium League Profits Weekly Updates

We received a newsletter from PL Profits today, with regard to the latest program update that they have. PL Profits is listed under the PREMIUM ENLISTINGS and had been paying its members with either on daily or weekly basis which are the following: 1% daily for 180 business days or 7% weekly for 30 weeks. They have updated their FAQ section in order to answer the more commonly asked questions.

PL Profits is looking into adding another payment processor which is becoming more commonly used among the different programs in the industry - PexPay. In relation to this, they will be modifying their script if the said addition of e-currency is beneficial to them. An escalation email has been received today that the said program is not paying all the members, some of which are followers from The HYIP Bulletin.

The HYIP Bulletin Scam Warnings: Epic Royal Scam Program Now Official

It is unfortunate that I will have to issue the official notification that EPIC ROYAL IS SCAM PROGRAM NOW.

After more than 24 hours time since notification, we have yet to hear from the program. The first warning since we saw was the announcement last December about going for "PRIVATE CONFERENCE."

It was a bit odd for an ALREADY PRIVATE PROGRAM to have a PRIVATE CONFERENCE on FEW OTHERS ONLY. Real companies just don't do that. After the said conference, there were no updates shared to the other members.

The second warning sign was when the admin announced a business trip, which was followed by the "MIRACULOUS" transfer of funds from balances to the internal wallet thus preventing anyone from sending cash out and instead forced to redeposit in the program.

I asked the admin to explain the situation, but unfortunately there was not a single response and the movement of the account balances continued in the next 24 hours.

Nevertheless, the program was still a success considering the fact that it lasted for more than 55 days and was able to provide good profit for the early birds through some couple of cycles. Unfortunately none has profited from the long term plans.

One main reason I find for the said move of the program to scam is due to cash flow ins and the CASH OUT SYSTEM OF THE PROGRAM WHICH ALLOWS EVERYONE TO SEND A REQUEST FOR ANY CURRENCY.

This is one of the main falls of the program whenever a particular E-Currency gets too much cash out requests and no cash deposits.
