If you were a follower of The HYIP Bulletin from the very beginning, 711 Finance is the very first program that was featured on the website. During that time, pay outs were great and the customer service is superb too.
Unfortunately, like any other aging program with high return, it had to go. It was successful in a sense that there were two to three cycles done but that was that.
Today, we received a surprise newsletter from them and is claiming that they are back to process all the pending cash outs.
So far my pending cash outs were not yet sent thus I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO INVEST FURTHER ON THEM.
Do take note that this could just be a sign that they are BACK TO SCAM FOR MORE.
